If you have an extra $100k+ laying around (plus vacation days, benefits, etc.) to keep a senior-level designer on staff, then by all means, do your thing!

Just kidding. Iteration is a crucial part of the design process. We'll work on it until it makes you say WHOA DUDE!
Here at Whoa Dude we use Trello for super flexible and easy-to-use design management. Type the design brief directly into a Trello card, link to a doc, a moodboard, or whatever else gets you in the groove. Loom videos are highly encouraged as well.
Keep as many cards (requests) in the backlog as you want, then drag-and-drop to activate one at a time.
